Here for sale is a pretty stunning single live/waney edge English Elm slab table with a charcoal metal base.
Stunning in this case, as the dimensions are 3.6m (12ft) x 900mm (3ft) x 50m (2in) thick top. It’s quite rare to find a piece of Elm of this length and with good width. The grain pattern and colouring in the top is also very good, showing reds, orange, yellows, greens and even some purple streaks. There is also a wonderful burr at one end.
