The original brief was for a coffee table as a centrepiece for the lounge. However, they loved the waney edge coffee table so much that they decided to retire the outdated veneered dining table they’d had since getting married for an up-scaled version of the coffee table and commission a statement piece for the dining room!
The bespoke waney edge slab dining table and coffee table are made from a single slab of English Elm and finished with natural hard wax oil. We had the Charcoaled metal base made locally.
